The house was extended at the rear, infilling the side return to create a kitchen/dining/family room on lower ground floor with double doors opening on to a new terrace with garden beyond, and a new balcony above serving the existing ground floor reception spaces.

The water feature in the garden is yet to be installed. The lead covered enclosure at the end of the garden houses a chiller unit for area conditioning in the home.
